Immigrations

The PSBH team responds to its clients, assisting them in the employment procedure of citizens of the Member States of the European Union, as well as of citizens outside the European Union.

Being aware of the lack of human resources in almost all industries in Romania, we adapted our experience to the requirements of each client, offering legal assistance in the employment procedure, both in terms of supporting documents and representation before the competent authorities.

Our team provides support in the field of immigration, as follows:

  • Obtaining the approval from the County Agency for Employment, in the case of citizens from outside the European Union;
  • Prepares the necessary documents (drafts, translations) to obtain the work permit from the General Inspectorate for Immigration;
  • Provides legal assistance in front of embassies, in order to obtain visas;
  • Provides support in order to conclude employment contracts under legal conditions;
  • Carries out the procedure for obtaining a residence permit before the General Inspectorate for Immigration;
  • Provides support in extending residence permits;
  • Participates in hearings before officers of the competent authorities, in order to resolve various divergent situations;
  • Intermediates the client’s relationship with other persons whose contribution is necessary in the procedure, respectively: authorized translators, public notary, etc.
