Marian founded PSBH in 2010. Graduate of Law University , Marian also holds a Masters’ degree in “Business Law” from Bucharest University. Furthermore, Marian is a certified Insolvency practitioner, member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners, participating in various national and international conferences and courses. His activity is focused on Real Estate, Criminal Business and Fiscal Law, Insolvency, Public Procurement, Litigation and Arbitration. He is fluent in English, Romanian and French.

Andrei joined PSBH in 2011. He is a graduate of Law Faculty of Bucharest University and also holds a Masters’s degree in “Judicial Career ” from Bucharest University. Just as importantly, Andrei participated in numerous national and internatioanal conferences and courses. His activity is focused on Criminal Business Law, Corporate and commercial Law, Insolvency, Immigration, Intelectual Property. He can comunicate in English and Romanian fluently.

In a similar manner, Cristiana Graduated the EMPRETEC courses organized by the Romanian Business Association Her activity is focused on fiscal consultancy and optimization, financial and accounting services, as well as Human Resources services. Cristiana is an English and Romanian speaker.
